FAQ
Common questions about alignment and balancing
Where can I get wheel alignment in Bursa?
Serkan Rot Balans in Yıldırım, Bursa offers 3D wheel alignment and balancing for every vehicle type, including cars, SUVs, pick-ups, vans and EVs, with over 30 years of experience. Call 0537 357 43 18 for information.
Which makes and vehicles do you service?
All makes and models: cars such as Renault, Fiat, Volkswagen, Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, Peugeot, Opel and Honda; SUVs and 4x4s; vans like Doblo, Transit Connect, Caddy and Partner; electric and hybrid cars like Togg and Tesla; and premium cars such as BMW, Mercedes and Audi.
How long do alignment and balancing take?
Wheel alignment takes 30-45 minutes on most cars, and balancing all four wheels about 20-30 minutes. If front-end parts need replacing it may take longer; we tell you before starting.
When should I get a wheel alignment?
Roughly every 10,000-15,000 km, after every tyre change, after hitting a pothole or kerb, when the car pulls to one side, or when tyres wear unevenly.
When is wheel balancing needed?
Whenever a tyre is removed or replaced, or when you feel vibration in the steering wheel or seat at 80-120 km/h. A check every 10,000 km is recommended.
Is alignment different for BMW and Mercedes?
Yes. Manufacturer values are tight, and run-flat tyres, staggered wheels and sporty suspensions need extra care. We measure these cars to factory specifications and use the right equipment.
How much does alignment cost?
It depends on the make, model, wheel size and the work needed. Call 0537 357 43 18 or send your car details on WhatsApp for a current price.
Can a bent rim be repaired?
Most bent or out-of-round rims can be straightened and reused. For cracked or severely deformed rims we recommend replacement for your safety.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. We're open Monday-Saturday 08:30-19:00; call or message us on WhatsApp to book a time and skip the wait.
Steering wheel not straight?
Send us your car make and model and we will schedule a suitable time.
